Problem
New hires were finding brokerage terminology confusing. The current documentation was either to complex, leading to further confusion and frustration, or non existent.
Solution
I recommended a synthesized confluence document to address these challenges.

Kept knowledge still accessible to knowledge bases
Reduced confusion from long, wordy documents
Saved time and resources
Process
I started by using AI to grab relevant resources and documents to compile an overview of the core information. I prompted the AI to cite its sources so I could check for any hallucinations and edit the content as appropriate. I then synthesized that information and placed it into confluence, focusing on the main points and using Meyers multimedia principles as a guide. This allowed the document to stay focused and digestible to reduce strain and onboarding time for new hires.
